Achievements/Tasks

Functional validation (F tests)

  • F-1: Validation of I&C “unit” modules:
Independent modelling, carried out by the V&V team on the basis of the same functional requirements as those used by the development teams,
Identification and creation of test scenarios,
Results obtained by test scenario simulation compared to results obtained by real system simulation (TXS),
    Analysis of differences,
Coverage requirements achieved by testing for F1A systems (Protection system),
  • F-2: validation of I&C functions (module integration),
  • F-3: validation of system responses in degraded operating conditions,  Technical validation (test T)
  • T-5: performance test:
    CPU load,
    Response time of I&C functions,
Response time of manual controls and displays,
  • T-6-S: validation of maintenance functions through the use of the Service Unit (maintenance system).
