Develop, build loyalty and manage your customer portfolio thanks to sustained commercial activity. Setting up and managing your team of consultants.
Senior Business Manager
Manage your branch with several customers and your team of consultants while continuing your commercial development with a strong awareness of your turnover and the margin generated by your activity.
Business Unit Manager
Working directly with a Senior Business Unit Manager, you will consolidate your customer activity and your team of consultants, in order to prepare the integration of your first Business Manager.
Senior Business Unit Manager
With the support of your Agency Manager, you will integrate and coach your first Business Manager. You will train and support him/her in order to make him/her successful, while continuing to develop and consolidate your Agency in order to integrate other Business Managers.
Agency Manager
You supervise several Business Managers and develop a strategic approach for your Agency (key accounts, recruitment, etc.). You manage the financial management of your Agency.
