Our CSR commitments

At MCA, our CSR commitments apply to all our business areas and to all group entities.

Our approach is collective and collaborative: while respecting the guidelines defined by management, each subsidiary carries out local initiatives depending on their own CSR challenges (national regulations, HR policies, dialogue with stakeholders etc.).

Gender Equality Index

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is defined by the European Commission as companies integrating social and environmental concerns in their business operations and interacting with their stakeholders on a voluntary basis. A company that practices CSR will therefore seek to have a positive impact on society while being economically viable.

Aware of our responsibility toward all our stakeholders, we voluntarily embarked on an evaluation process of our social, environmental, and ethical practices in 2020. Driven by the leadership team, all employees came together to meet the requirements of the ECOVADIS assessment.

2024 Evaluation: The MCA Group earns the Bronze Medal.

Our CSR governance team

We have defined a multi-year action plan to respond to identified extra-financial risks and to fix our CSR issues in the group’s development and business strategy. Our actions are monitored through a panel of regularly reviewed performance indicators.
