Context and objectives of the project

MCA works for a world leader in the production of "heart-lung" machines (75% market share). The "heart-lung" machine of this industrialist has been on the market for about 15 years now.

The development of the next generation of the heart-lung machine is almost complete. MCA Germany is proud to participate in the industrialization of the new machine to ensure the start of production.

We are pleased to support our partner with our competence center of manufacturing and testing experts. Their task is to transfer the developed product into the assembly process. To do so, they develop, validate and introduce the assembly processes in accordance with regulatory requirements.

At a later stage, the competence center is responsible for test methods and equipment. This includes the development, validation and implementation of test methods, as well as the development of semi-automated test benches for end-of-line testing.
