Hello Anando, can you tell us more about your current project?

• Can you introduce yourself in a few words?

I am Anando Paul, a technology enthusiast.

I have a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science degree.

I’ve been working for different multinational companies for the past 15 years. I worked in different domains like Payments, Embedded systems, device driver development and Application development.

• Can you explain your background?

In computer science background,

From my school time, I was very attracted to programming and enjoyed solving different programming related problems.

• Can you explain your current mission inside a semiconductor industry leader?

I am working with Wafer alignment dept. of ASML. My role is to analyze and solve issues and implement new features. This involves discussing within the team and outside of the team. Part of my job is also mentoring new/junior developers.

• What challenges you the most ?
  - Solve issues, and answer to the requirements, you need to handle the communication
  - What is a good engineer? Best qualities to have?
  - Great team player
  - Provide and receive feedback
  - Deliver on time with good quality mindset

My experience is very positive, because the communication is clear and honest with all the information. Everything is fast when you ask for help.
