To strengthen our teams, we are looking for a (Senior) Business Development Manager (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible.
(Senior) Business Development Manager (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage existing accounts and develop strategic new business opportunities
- Oversee customer relationships, including contract negotiations and offer calculations
- Build and manage your own business unit in the Engineering and IT sector
- Support and develop the careers of consultants in your business unit
- Ensure project profitability and secure long-term project engagements
- Expand your industry knowledge and expertise
- Qualify candidates through technical interviews and support the project-matching process
- Recruit engineers or IT professionals for your business unit and MCA
Your Profile:
- Degree (BSc/MSc) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or another technical field
- Confident demeanor, strong communication skills, and negotiation ability
- Affinity for management and initial experience in sales
- 2 years of professional experience in a technical environment, project management, or sales
- Ability to achieve common goals independently and as part of a team
- Capability to recognize complex interconnections and identify potential sources of error
- Proficiency in MS Office and solid technical understanding
- Business-fluent Dutch (C1) and fluent English (B2) required
