What’s your role within MCA?
I work for a big company in the automotive field here in Italy. I follow the development of the ORC component, which is the Airbag ECU in vehicles.
How would you describe your experience with MCA?
I found the team to be very supportive, not only our team of consultants, but also the internal teams, including the Business Mangers and the HR team.
What aspect of the job motivates you the most?
What motivates me is the opportunity to learn a lot from stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Do you have any advice to anyone who wants to apply to MCA?
I would say be curious everyday and embrace new challenges.
