The HR department has several key roles such as :

- The control of the application of the legal obligations of the working conditions

- Leave management

- The establishment of employment contracts

- The organization of professional training

- The management of skills assessments

- Maintaining an optimal social dialogue.

The IT department manages:

- The Group's entire IT equipment and network

- Maintaining the Group's servers and their management

- The proper functioning of the videoconferencing equipment

- Telework management (VPN, hardware...)

- Enhancement of existing systems to improve performance where possible

The Purchasing and General Services Department has the following missions:

- Negotiation of contracts / purchases

- Fleet management

- The purchase of supplies, consumables...

- Premises management and their contracts

- Involvement in related projects (computer science/web/applications.)

The Marketing department takes care of the following:

- Lead Acquisition

- Digital strategy

- Employer brand

- Loyalty

- Internal and external communication

The accounting department manages:

- Accounting for the Group's financial flows

- The production of mandatory accounting documents for stakeholders

- Relations with banks and tax authorities

- The audit of the accounts

- Finance

- Taxation

The Group Operational Finance Department is made up of several activities which are :

- Sales Administration

- Personnel administration

- Financial Management Control

- Operational Management Control

- Central Controlling

The HSEQ service's main missions are :

- Designing the HSEQ policy in conjunction with Management

- Define, formalize and adapt methods and tools to guarantee the continuous improvement

- Prepare, implement monitoring and internal audits as well as external and supplier audits

- Certification or labeling

The legal department manages:

- Negotiation and drafting of contracts with customers/suppliers

- Provides legal monitoring of the sector

- Vigilance regarding compliance with legal obligations

- The risk of litigation

- The follow-up of litigation files at any stage
