Within the Packaging Optimisation Line Efficiency department of a leader in the cosmetics sector, implementation of transversal change management and packaging optimisation projects in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

  • Production of specifications for the design of thermoformed boxes and trays, in collaboration with suppliers and technicians.
  • Study of a packaging for all the products of a line.
  • Optimisation of waste (-8 T) and costs compared to the existing system (-35K €).
  • Creation of an Excel tool to assist in decision-making related to packaging optimisation.
  • Production of documents for the description of French and Italian factory lines.
  • Animation of meetings to present the progress of the projects and objectives of the internship.
