Implementation of a notification platform for a leader in the banking sector

Context and objectives

The Notification Platform asset is a cross-functional service allowing the bank’s business applications to communicate with their customers via different communication channels “outside the app” (email, SMS, push notifications) or “in app” (interstitial formats, notification thread etc.).

Achievements/Tasks

The Product Owner of the notification platform asset will have to:

• Develop, prioritise and follow the functional enhancements of this platform
• Support the various business project users of this platform in defining their needs
• Support the technical teams in asset management, project management, reporting, constructing road maps and development plans etc.

Deliverables/Results

• Business vision and ability to communicate with a wide variety of business areas
• Expertise and support on the Agile method
