MCA Engineering Netherlands is an ambitious and fast-growing high-tech engineering and consulting organization. Originally French, but now operating in Europe, the secondment of engineers and IT specialists focuses on the design and implementation of innovative systems for large-scale industrial projects. The NL office is located in Eindhoven, but the ambition is to open multiple locations in the Netherlands. Context
In this role, you challenge product innovation from concept to realization by bringing specialized expertise in radio frequency design to multi-disciplinary teams. You will take on the exciting challenge of designing, defining, tuning, and optimizing complex RF circuits and systems.
Your Responsibilities
- Driving innovation from concept to realization through RF design expertise.
- Designing and defining complex analog, digital, and RF circuits and systems.
- Strong focus on tuning and optimizing RF solutions for various applications (e.g., wearable devices, MRI systems).
- Potential future responsibility for EMC design and measurement activities.
- Supporting exploratory work, fast realization of functional models and prototypes, and effective product development within the Electronics Systems and IoT department.
What You Bring to the Table
- A Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with RF measurements.
- Affinity for the design, realization, and integration of RF and antenna solutions.
- Experience working in a product development environment.
- Preferably, proven experience and in-depth knowledge of EMC standards and test methods.
- Preferably, strong modelling and simulation skills (LTspice, MATLAB/Simulink, HFSS/CST).
- Preferably, experience in medical product development.
