Context and objectives of the project

The Cloud Cyber Security team is responsible for the provision of multi-cloud cyber security services for the Cloud, including concepts, development and operations.

A Cloud Development and Security Engineer plays a key role in the development of a multi-cloud platform, as well as the development and implementation of infrastructure as code (IaC) for the Public Cloud.

It directs the day-to-day operations of the various Cloud security services, enhances existing services and develops new services in line with the Cloud cyber security strategy. The specialist works closely with team members to support software development throughout the development lifecycle and develops monitoring of Cloud infrastructures with respect to security policies, configurations and applicable regulatory guidelines.

Another component consists of integrating security tools into engineering streams to reduce friction in the application of security policies, and developing and piloting the implementation of security solutions in the Cloud.
